Delete your account

This applies to both the AI Videos Studio app and the website — it is one account either way.

What gets deleted

• Every video and image you have generated, removed from our storage.
• Every prompt you have written, and your generation history.
• Your credit balance, including any unspent credits.
• Your email address, which is the only thing identifying the account. It is replaced with a permanent placeholder that identifies nobody.

What we have to keep, and why

Records of money you have paid us are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. We are not permitted to delete those on request. They stay in an anonymised form: the transaction remains, the person does not.

Unspent credits are not refunded on deletion. If you have a balance you care about, spend it before deleting.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a brand-new, empty account — it does not restore this one. Download anything you want to keep first.
