AI VIDEOS ("we", "our", "us") operates the website and Studio at aivideos.eu. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — covering both general use of our website and use of our self-serve Studio for AI image and video generation.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: When you sign in to the Studio with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Generation data: When you use the Studio, we store the text prompts you submit, the model and settings you choose, the credit cost of each generation, and the resulting images or videos. This is needed to deliver your outputs, show your generation history, and operate the credit ledger.

Payment data: Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly. We store a record of your purchase (amount, credits granted, Stripe transaction reference) for accounting and to credit your account.

Contact data: If you contact us via our form or email, we collect your name and email address to respond to your enquiry.

Usage data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about website traffic, such as pages visited, time on site, and device type.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and credit balance
  • To process AI generations you request and deliver the outputs to you
  • To process payments and maintain purchase records
  • To provide your generation and transaction history

4. AI Generation & Third-Party Model Providers

To generate images and videos, the prompts and settings you submit are sent to the third-party AI providers whose models power the Studio. These providers process your prompt solely to return a generated result. We select reputable providers, but we do not control their internal processing. The providers we use include:

  • fal.ai — runs the Flux, Nano Banana, Seedance, and Wan models
  • Kling (Kuaishou) — runs the Kling video model

Generated outputs are stored using Vercel Blob so they can be delivered to you and shown in your history. Please do not submit prompts containing personal data about others, confidential information, or anything you do not have the right to use.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience. These include:

  • Essential cookies: Required for sign-in, sessions, and core site function.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics cookies that help us understand visitor interactions.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
