Android App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the AI Video Generator Studio Android application published by AIVideos.eu. Our website and web Studio are covered separately by our main privacy policy.

1. What the app collects

Account data. You sign in with Google. We receive your email address, your name, and a Google account identifier. We never receive your Google password. Your account is shared with the web Studio, so credits bought in either place work in both.

Prompts and generated content. We store the text you write, the model and settings you pick, the credit cost, and the resulting video. This is how we deliver your output, show your history, and keep your credit ledger accurate.

Purchase records. Credit packs bought in the app are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see your card details. We store what you bought, how many credits it granted, and the Play order reference, for accounting and support.

Images you supply. Some models take a starting frame, an end frame or reference images. You can pick one from your gallery or shoot a new one with the camera. Either way we receive only that single image: choosing from the gallery uses Android’s own picker, which hands over just the file you selected, and the camera opens only when you ask for it. The app never browses your photo library. That image is uploaded so the model can read it, and is deleted automatically within 3 days. Saving a finished result writes to your gallery and never reads from it.

Content reports. If you report a generated video, we store which video, the reason you chose, and any detail you add, so we can review it and tighten what our models are allowed to produce.

Feedback. If you use Send feedback, we store the category you choose and the message you write, linked to your account, so we can reply and fix what you report.

Diagnostics. Server-side error logs may include your account identifier and a job reference so we can investigate failures. If saving a result to your phone's gallery fails, the app automatically sends us a short error report: the error message, your phone's make and model, its Android version, the app version and which generation it was. It contains no photos, files or location. The app does not include an advertising identifier or a third-party analytics SDK.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not browse your photo library, and we never access your microphone, contacts or location
• We never open the camera on our own. It opens only when you choose “Take a photo”, and we receive only the shot you take
• We do not collect an advertising ID or build advertising profiles
• We do not sell your personal data, and we never have
• We do not use your prompts or generated video to train our own models

3. Who we share it with

AI model providers. Generation runs on third-party infrastructure (fal.ai and the model providers it routes to). Your prompt and any input media are sent to them to produce your video. They process it to deliver the result.

Google. Sign-in is handled by Google. In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing, which is also where any automatic top-up plan lives and where you cancel it.

Hosting and storage. Our servers and your stored outputs are hosted on Vercel infrastructure.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it to anybody.

4. How long we keep it

Generated videos and images are deleted automatically 14 days after they are made. This is enforced by a daily job, not done on request — download anything you want to keep before then. The generation entry itself (the prompt, the model and what it cost) stays in your history afterwards so your ledger remains accurate, but the file is gone.

Credit ledger entries and purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Content reports are kept while we act on them and for a reasonable period afterwards.

5. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself, immediately, in either place:

• In the app: Account → Delete account.
• On the web, without installing the app: aivideos.eu/account/delete.

Deletion removes your generated videos and images from our storage, your prompts and generation history, and your credit balance. Your email address — the only thing identifying the account — is replaced with a permanent placeholder that identifies nobody. It is immediate and cannot be undone; signing in again creates a new, empty account rather than restoring the old one.

Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase history for tax purposes, are retained for the required period and nothing more. Those remain only in the anonymised form described above: the transaction survives, the person does not.

Unused credits are not refundable on deletion, so spend them first if you intend to.

If you cannot sign in, email aivideos.eu@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Two of those you can exercise yourself, immediately, without asking us:

• A copy of your data: download it from aivideos.eu/api/account/export while signed in, or in the app under Account → Your data → Download my data. It contains your profile, your full credit ledger and every generation, as a structured JSON file you can keep or take to another service.
• Deletion: see the section above.

For correction, objection, or anything else, write to the address above and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Children

This app is not intended for children. You must be 18 or older, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Reporting generated content

Every generated video in the app has a Report this video control. We review reports and use them to tighten what our models are permitted to produce. Reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation are escalated immediately.

9. Changes and contact
