Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and Studio at aivideos.eu, operated by AI VIDEOS ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

AI VIDEOS provides a self-serve Studio that gives you access to a curated set of third-party AI models for generating both images and videos from text prompts and settings you provide. We also offer managed, director-led production services which are arranged separately by agreement.

2. Accounts

To use the Studio you must create an account by signing in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. New accounts receive a small amount of free credits for image generation so you can try the quality before purchasing.

3. Credits & Payment

  • Generations are paid for using credits. Each model and output type has a fixed, displayed credit cost before you generate.
  • Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page in EUR.
  • Credits never expire — you may use them whenever you like.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
  • If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits for it are refunded to your balance automatically. Credits are not refunded simply because you are unhappy with an output (though you can regenerate).

4. Free Tier, Watermarks & Ownership

We want to be completely transparent about your rights to what you generate:

  • Free trial generations (made using complimentary signup credits) are watermarked with a small aivideos.eu mark. They are intended for evaluation, not commercial use.
  • Paid generations (made using purchased credits) are delivered watermark-free, and you receive a full commercial licence to use them — including for advertising, social media, broadcast, and client work.
  • Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate and are responsible for how you use them.
  • You retain ownership of the prompts you write.

Note on AI-generated content: the legal status of copyright in purely AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction and is still developing. We grant you the broadest rights we are able to, but we cannot guarantee that AI-generated outputs are protectable by copyright in every country.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Studio to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
  • Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates someone in a deceptive way
  • Is sexually explicit, depicts minors inappropriately, or is otherwise harmful or abusive
  • Promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or self-harm
  • Is intended to deceive, defraud, spread disinformation, or create deepfakes for malicious purposes
  • Contains prompts with confidential information or personal data about others that you are not authorised to use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove content or report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

6. Third-Party Models

The Studio relies on third-party AI providers (including fal.ai and Kling/Kuaishou) to generate outputs. Your use of the underlying models may also be subject to those providers' own usage policies. Model availability, capabilities, and pricing may change as providers update or retire models; we will keep the displayed model list and credit costs current.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Studio available and reliable, but we provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation results, or that any particular model will remain available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI VIDEOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for how you use the outputs you generate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AI VIDEOS harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your use of the content you generate.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited on termination for breach.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
