We use Kling v3 (mode: pro) as our primary engine for cinematic motion quality, alongside Runway Gen-3 and Pika for specific use cases. Tool selection is driven by your brief — we always choose what produces the best result for your brand.
Director's Cut includes 2 rounds, Brand Campaign includes 5 rounds, and Studio Retainer clients have ongoing revision access throughout the retainer. A 'revision round' means consolidated feedback applied in one pass — we'll walk you through how to structure it for fastest turnaround.
Director's Cut and Brand Campaign packages typically deliver within 5–7 working days from brief sign-off. Studio Retainer clients receive a dedicated production calendar with agreed weekly delivery slots. Rush turnarounds (48h) are available on request.
All videos are delivered at 4K resolution as master files. We also include social-optimised exports: 16:9 (YouTube/web), 9:16 (Reels/TikTok/Stories), and 1:1 (feed). Brand Campaign and Studio Retainer tiers include all formats as standard.
Yes. All packages include full commercial usage rights for your business. Studio Retainer includes an extended license covering sub-licensing and agency use. We provide a signed rights document with every delivery.
